Uniform Law for NSW corporate and government lawyers – transitional arrangements

Transitional arrangements that will be in place for corporate and government lawyers in NSW have been confirmed by the NSW Department of Justice. These arrangements would apply to corporate and government lawyers who are not admitted or do not hold a practising certificate and are based on the expected commencement of the Legal Profession Uniform Law in NSW and Victoria on 1 July 2015.
