Amber Cerny is a Corporate and Commercial Partner at HWLE Lawyers. She has worked in multi-disciplinary and private practice law firms in Australia and spent nine years in London working in a Magic Circle firm and inhouse in government. She represents private and public sector clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, foreign investment review board applications and advises on corporate and privacy law in Australia.
Amber is currently the Chair of the Business Law Committee and Deputy Chair of the Privacy and Data Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW. She is a former Councillor and member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales,
