Robert Hollo graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics (1989) and a Bachelor of Law with Honours Class 1 (1992). He was admitted into practice in 1994 and taught at the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney.
Robert was called to the Bar in 1995. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2011. He regularly appears in the Federal Court, State Supreme Courts and tribunals around the country. He conducts both trials and appeals and practices predominantly in commercial and regulatory law.
Robert is the Chair of the Education Committee of the NSW Bar Association, and has been a member of that Committee for over 10 years. He is a member of the NSW Bar Association's Exam Working Party, a moderator of the Bar Exams. and regularly presents at the NSW Bar Practice Course. He is also a member of the NSW Bar Association's Professional Conduct Committee.

The Legal Services Council and Commissioner for Uniform Legal Services Regulation acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as custodians of Australia and pay their respects to Elders, past and present. We also acknowledge their ongoing connection to land, sea and communities throughout Australia, and their contributions to the lives of all Australians.
